About Us
Tubb Equipment and Rental Co., Inc., family owned and operated in Mississippi for over thirty-five years, was born August 15, 1974 with a single location in Jackson, Mississippi. Joe P. Tubb, Sr. saw a need for a first rate, customer-service oriented, heavy equipment dealership and set out to fulfill that need. Operations began with CASE as their only line of equipment. Other manufacturers soon noticed Tubb’s aggressive approach toward fulfilling their customer’s needs and wanted to be represented under the Tubb banner. In March of 1997, with over 25 years of successful business experience under their belt, it was decided to open a second store, to be located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This strategy has proven to compliment both companies in serving a broader base of customers in the Mississippi area.
